A snap package has multiple libraries but only uses the libraries that it needs, so it doesn't cost a lot of memory. For running programs, a snap package uses the same amount of memory as a deb package...

I never used snaps before.When reading the vague descriptions I assume it's implemented in a way really similar to containers.This makes me assume that programs in snaps all use their own libraries....
